How do I find my Manifest routing and account number?
To find your routing or account number:
Log in to the Manifest banking app
Tap the your profile pic in the upper right corner.
Tap "Account Info"
Tap "Debit" to toggle to your "Set Aside" account.
This will show you all the information associated with your account, including the routing number, account number, bank name, and bank's address.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password:
Open the Manifest app.
Go to the sign-in screen.
Tap "Forgot" in the top right corner of the sign-in screen.
Enter in the email address associated with your Manifest account.
We will send an email containing a 6-digit code. Once received, enter it, and the new password.
Tap verify to save your new password.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, follow the reset your password steps. You will need to sign out in order to make these changes.
How do I change my mailing address?
To update and verify your mailing address, please email us [email protected] or contact support via in-app chat.
How do I invite other creators to join Manifest?
Log in to the Manifest banking app.
Scroll to the right of your profile pic in the upper right corner.
Tap the plus icon. This will open a screen with options to invite contacts.
Friends can scan your code to connect to you.
Invite contacts: Allow "Manifest" to access your contacts. Select the contact you would like to connect with or invite. This will prompt you to send a text message containing your custom referral link. When your contact clicks this link, they will be prompted to create an account (if they do not have one) and then be added as a contact inside Manifest.
Scan a code: Scanning the QR code will instantly add the contact if they have an account.
How do I set up and manage my alert notifications?
You will be prompted to enable notifications during the account creation process. If you would like to change your alert notification settings:
Log in to the Manifest.pro app.
Tap the your profile pic in the upper right corner.
Select "My settings" from the menu.
Now you can toggle the notifications on or off for the following alerts.

Where can I view my past notifications?
You can find a history of notifications under the "Notifications" menu item.
Do I receive statements from Manifest?
Yes, Manifest will issue you a monthly statement for each account. You will receive an email when a new statement is available. To view your statement:
Log in to the Manifest banking app.
Tap the three dots icon under the balance graph on the Debit tab or on the Set Aside tab for your Account statements.
Select "View Statements" from the menu.
Choose the month you want to view.
Select the month.
This will open your monthly statement as a PDF.
How do I download my statements from Manifest?
When you are viewing a statement, there will be the option to download the current statement in the upper right corner. Tapping this will open your operating systems sharing options. From here, you can choose to save the statement to your device or share it via SMS, email, or another messaging platform.
Can I get a paper statement from Manifest?
Manifest does not currently offer paper statements. You can download and print your statement.

What type of account is my Manifest account?
Your Manifest account is a business debit account, with a Visa business debit card. You can also add a business Set Aside account.
