How do I order my Manifest debit card?

Once your account has been approved and open, you need to request your Manifest debit card be shipped to you. You can do so by:

  1. Log in to the Manifest banking app.

  2. Tap the card icon under the Debit bar graph. This will open a window showing your card.

  3. Review the Mailing Address.

  4. Tap "Order Debit Card"

  5. This will submit your shipping request, and you should receive your card in approximately 7-10 business days.

How do I activate my Manifest debit card?

It will take approximately 7-10 business days for your Manifest debit card to arrive after your account has been approved, and you've requested it be shipped. Once it has arrived, you can activate it by:

  1. Logging in to the Manifest banking app.

  2. Go to the Debit account tap.

  3. Tap the card icon. This will open a window showing your card.

  4. Tap "Activate Card."

  5. The app will ask you to set a PIN for your debit card. Enter in your new debit PIN.

  6. The app will ask you to re-enter your pin to confirm it.

  7. Once you confirm your PIN, your card is active and you can begin using it.

How do I reset my PIN for my Manifest debit card?

To change your Debit Card PIN:

  1. Log in to the Manifest banking app.

  2. Go to the Debit tab.

  3. Tap the card icon.

  4. Tap the three dots to the right of "Card is on."

  5. Tap "Change PIN."

  6. Enter in your new debit PIN.

  7. Re-enter your PIN to confirm.

How do I freeze or turn off my card?

To freeze your debit card:

  1. Log in to the Manifest app.

  2. Go to the "Debit" tab.

  3. Tap the card icon.

  4. At the top, you will see a green toggle labeled "Card is on." Tapping this toggle will freeze your card when "Card is off."

What does it mean to freeze my card?

Freezing your card disables it. It won't be able to make purchases or withdraw funds from an ATM. You will still be able to use your checking account for transfer or peer-to-peer payments.

How do I report my card lost or stolen?

To report your Manifest debit card as lost or stolen:

  1. Log in to the Manifest app.

  2. Go to the Debit account tab.

  3. Tap the card icon.

  4. Tap the green "Card is on" slider to turn the card off.

  5. Tap the three dots in the upper right hand corner.

  6. Select if your card is lost or stolen from the menu.

  7. Contact support to get a replacement card ordered.

If your card is lost or stolen, we recommend you take a moment to review you recent transactions for any suspicious activity.

How do I replace my Manifest debit card?

You can replace your Manifest debit card by:

  1. Log in to the Manifest banking app.

  2. Go to the checking account tab.

  3. Tap the card icon.

  4. Tap the three dots in the top right.

  5. Select why your card needs to be replaced. You can choose from stolen, lost, or that the card no longer works due to damage.

  6. Once you have selected the reason for replacement, we will ask you to confirm your shipping address and contact support.

Can I use my Manifest debit card outside of the United States?

Yes, your Manifest debit card can be used internationally - either while traveling or while online making purchases internationally from the United States.
