Here are some common questions and answers for the invoicing feature in the Manifest app.

Q: How long does it take to get access to invoices once access is requested in the app?

A: Most customers receive access within 1 business day after requesting it in the app. In some cases, it may take up to 3 business days. Once your access is granted you'll receive an email from Manifest support.

Q: Is there a limit for requesting invoices?

A: Yes, your invoice limits are $1,000 per invoice. Your invoice limits may be raised/lowered over time, based on your activity.

Q: How much does it cost to use invoicing?

A: Currently, our invoicing feature is zero cost to our Manifest debit account holders. Pay just 2.9% + $0.30 per invoice.

Q: Are there any requirements to get access to invoicing?

A: Yes, in order to qualify for invoicing with Manifest you will need to have $500 or more between your Manifest premium debit and set aside accounts.

Q: How long does it take for paid invoices to be deposited into my Manifest account?

A: Most payments are deposited in just 2 business days.

Q: Can I text an invoice to someone?

A: Yes, however you will need to email the invoice to your customer first. Once you have emailed the invoice over you can click the 3 dots on the top right to text the invoice.

Q: Where can I view each invoice that was sent out?

A: You can view individual invoices from your Invoice tab/screen.

Q. I sent out a lot of invoices and need a full report for tax purposes. Can you help?
